Love to Dream (Kind + Jugend, Germany)

Kind + Jugend is one of the world's leading trade fairs for baby and toddler products, held annually in Cologne and attended by more than 15,000 trade visitors from across the globe. For Love to Dream, it's a critical opportunity to connect with key retailers and distributor partners in the EU market. Their existing exhibit, however, wasn't doing the brand justice in an environment where stand presence drives distribution conversations.

The brief was to redesign the exhibit for the 2023 show, with the added requirement that it could be reused and adapted for future events. Working across a 6 x 6m stand with 55m² of graphic panels, the focus was on engagement: a stronger brand presence, a more intuitive layout, and infographics that could communicate Love to Dream's three-stage sleep system to an international retail audience clearly and quickly.

I led the strategy, design, art direction and finished artwork across six large-format panels at 3m height, translating the stage system (Stage 1 Swaddle, Stage 2 Transition, Stage 3 Sleep Suit) into visual communication that worked for retailers encountering the brand for the first time. The result was a stand built to last across multiple events, reflecting Love to Dream's premium positioning and giving distributor partners a confident platform to represent the brand at one of the category's most important global shows.
