I work on a project fee basis for defined scope, so you know the cost upfront before we start. For clients with ongoing design needs, I also work on a monthly retainer. I typically don't charge by the hour.

Yes. A deposit is required to confirm your start date and secure your spot in the schedule. This is typically 30% and varies depending on the size of the project. The balance is invoiced on delivery of final files and is due within 14 days.

International clients pay via Wise, which handles currency conversion and international transfers simply and at a fair rate.

Small files are emailed directly. Large files, including final print files, are shared via Dropbox. To release working or layered files, an additional fee may apply.
